Repair For Down Payment
Our Repair for Down Payment (RFD) program is a unique opportunity if you have any remodeling or construction skills. You can actually earn your down payment for the home. If you have the skills needed to do the repairs we will provide the material and you can earn a down payment with your labor. You can do some of the work and we will take care of the rest, or you can do all of the work and earn even more. The program is customized to your situation so call us for details.
Our RFD program basically turns you into the contractor. All of our homes need some work. If you have some construction skills and you would like to own the home, we let you swing the hammer and earn repair credits for the work you do which will go towards your down payment when you purchase the home. The extent of the work and how much of the work you do is what determines how much in repair credits can be earned. Below are all of the homes we currently have available for our RFD program. All of these homes are also available fully remodeled, so if you don't want to do the work but would still like to own the home then we can remodel the home and sell it to you for the fully remodeled price, if you are approved before we start the renovations you can pick out certain things such as the color of the carpet, paint, counter tops, etc.
